Page 2 ...of the Driver's Rear Quarter Panel

Here we see the second step completed in the building of the mosaic. All the holes have been outlined with #4 wedding dress beads, followed by white pony beads.  The next step will be to outline this work with 3/8" buttons..then fill in the the remaining area.

The mosaic has begun. The 3/8" buttons have been applied. The corners have been filled in, and the larger open areas now receive the bead and button mosaic.

Here is a nice close up showing the mosaic under way.  This area will be complete in a few weeks. Some of the open areas are taking up to three hours to complete. Each bead and button is chosen for it's size and color, then glued with 100% clear silicone rubber adhesive.
