All this wide open area to fill with beads and buttons.  This will prove to be a challenge.  This photo shows the first two steps completed..the outline of the #4 pearl wedding dress beads followed by pony beads.

This photo shows the application of the 3/8" buttons..and the first step of the mosaic..the corners get filled in.

The mosaic is under way. It is really taking shape nicely. This filled in area shown is the result of three days time spent hand choosing and gluing the beads and buttons used to work these patterns.
